The Nuby Natural Touch Breast Express Breast Pump is a manual option that’s very compact. However, make sure you’ve got the container attached on correctly, or you could loose the contents.

The Nuby Natural Touch Breast Express Breast Pump is made of a funnel (called horn in the instruction manual), which you press against your breast, a bulb you squeeze to create suction, a silicone valve and a bottle. A lid for the funnel and a cap for the 90ml silicone container complete the set.
The Nuby Natural Touch Breast Express Breast Pump is a lightweight and compact breast pump that’s perfect for travelling and expressing when out and about. It’s so small you can store it in a handbag easily and take it to work to relieve engorged breasts. This manual pump is also quiet.
The instructions are very clear and assembling the pump is not complicated as there aren’t many parts.
After practising with this little pump for a little bit, I managed to express easily, so it’s not too difficult to operate.
The Nuby Natural Touch Breast Express Breast Pump might be easy to understand and operate but it’s fiddly to put together. As the pump is pushed into the container to assemble it, rather than using a screw-on fitting, I didn’t feel confident that I was assembling it correctly. Perhaps I have butter fingers but the container fell off from the pump twice while expressing. Luckily I didn’t have much breast milk inside it.
My partner had to intervene to assemble it properly and since he had to push and squeeze the silicon container to fit it on the pump again, I’ve got some doubts on its durability. Will the neck of the container stretch in time so it won’t fit anymore?
I also found the funnel not comfortable; a bit of padding would have made it gentler on the breast.
The Nuby bottle that collects the expressed milk is of unusual shape so this pump won’t fit other brands. The manual recommends using Nuby silicone containers to store your breast milk in fridge and freezer.
