Really handsome Weimaraner colored Terrier type mix, this boy does have a docked tail. His teeth look great, he is probably under two years old. He could use some groceries. He is a little bit thin and right now has a cough but he is still in good spirits and eating well. He is very friendly and playful. Reed has not displayed any barrier aggression or dog aggression while he has been with us. If you have some room in your heart and home please consider Reed! Come down and meet him!

We had a hard time getting pictures because Rita Suzanne wanted to enjoy her outdoor time and with her very dark face I was not able to capture her beautiful expression. This is a super fun girl, she is about 45 pounds, spayed, vaccinated, and ready to go!. This girl is very well behaved and gentle but active. She will very much enjoy leash walks and participating with a busy family but she is not obnoxious.

This is the sweetest boy! He almost looks like a Pointer mix. He does have one brown spot on his rump. Rudolph is a youngster, he has beautiful new teeth, I would guess about nine months old. He is about 50 pounds right now. Doesn’t he have the most mesmerizing eyes! Rudolph is submissive and does not know how to walk well on a leash, but is learning. He is very gentle and quiet.

This very handsome boy is such a perfect size, he is about 35 pounds, almost like a mini Lab, he would fit in any small space, great for apartment dwellers. He was good on our leash walk, a little excited. He is active but I have the feeling he will also be happy to spend time with his person once he gets acclimated outside the Shelter. He is a young boy, I would guess under two years old.

Mitchell-7/5-1205-black Lab type mixed NEUTERED male puppy found stray and not reclaimed.

Buttons-8/25-1779-DSH Brown Tabby with white female kitten. this girl is absolutely precious, she has a teenager, a great size and age. We love her fun personality.

Leonard-8/22-1736-DSH black and white male. Sweet boy. Brother to Sheldon.

Sheldon-8/22-1737-DSH Tabby and white male. Precious shy boy. Brother to Leonard.

DSH orange tabby/white young adult NEUTERED male - Poor boy came in covered in fleas. He is a sweetheart

Puddy-8/24-1767-Beautiful DSH Tortoiseshell SPAYED female kitten. This girl is so sweet and loving! She purrs non stop!

Trolly-8/25-1778-Really fabulous DSH gray tabby adult male. This boy has not seen the kinder side of life. He would be a huge boy if he had any meat on him. His nose is rubbed which happened before he arrived. I don’t know his backstory but he was originally thought to be unsocial however he is fabulous. All he does is purr and head bop and want to snuggle. He really deserves a chance

Rhett-8/15-1678-five month old dilute red Terrier mixed young man, this little boy is adorable, he is quite shy. He wanted to play but he was nervous. He is about 30 pounds, still quite small. Looks like he has not been well cared for. He had no negative reaction to other dogs, he is absolutely precious and hopes to get a second chance

Reese Josephine-8/6-1585-Such a lovely young girl! She is tall and thin, about 45 pounds. RJ is not very sure of herself. she was nervous on our walk and it took a minute to settle in. She is desperate for a gentle and kind human to teach her what the good life is all about!

Ryland-8/22-1729-Total package right here! This boy! We are in love! He is smart, goofy, friendly as ever! Happy happy happy! So sweet, playful, lovely temperament. He is a huge boy, I would guess at least 80 pounds, he is delightful on leash and will do anything for a cookie-THE POWER OF COOKIES!

We are looking for a large breed experienced indoor home for Ryland, he is not a guard dog or lawn ornament.

We want to set him up for success!

Radish-8/6-1586-Super happy and sweet 45 pound dilute red and white Pitbull type male. Radish has not displayed any dog aggression during his stay, he is a lovely young boy with a gentle demeanor. Loves his walks and outdoor time, loves snuggles, and would love a second chance!

Rooty-8/22-1722-Fabulous 3-4 year old male GSD. Rooty is a very typical GSD and would benefit from an experienced owner. He is a lot of dog, smart, curious, capable, about 75 pounds, and very strong.

Rooty wants to be part of your pack and not a yard dog. He loves toys and snacks! So far Rooty has not been dog aggressive but he is confident. Again, typical GSD.

Rolo-8/26-1791-Such an adorable little boy! He could be an Australian Shepherd mix or a Spaniel mix, he is a puppy with all his baby teeth so under four months old, probably about 7 or 8 pounds, he will be a medium sized adult. Rolo is so precious!!! This little guy is bouncy, happy and ready for a home of his own! Be prepared for a puppy, piddle accidents, chewing, it will be your job to make him a good companion by setting boundaries

Doodle-8/25-1774-Doodle is an overweight Black and Tan Minpin or Chihuahua type mix, she is the sweetest girl! Exuberant is the perfect descriptive word for Doodle! She is so happy to see everybody! She loves all her visitors! She was wearing a collar with the name Doodle on it when she arrived, we are so sad that there was no other information, we don’t know where her parents are or why they have not come to find her. Please consider giving her a second chance, she is so deserving

Rosalie-8/23-1764-This girl is fabulous! She is about 50 pounds, loves people, non reactive to other dogs, great on our walk and look at those mesmerizing eyes. She would love a home of her own!

Remi-8/5-0813-These pictures do not convey this boy and his goofball personality. He has a squishy face you just want to kiss and he is so happy!!! Remi is thin and life has not been kind to him. He is so silly and playful. I was squeezing a water bottle to get his attention, this is not his normal look, he is a goober. He has been non reactive with other large dogs thus far in the shelter. Remi is about 45 pounds and could easily gain 15 to fill out

Rory-8/24-1769-I wish you could see Rory through my eyes as he moves to understand he looks like so many things...a Rhodesian Ridgeback in some ways, a Lion, maybe a Shar Pei, he has so many features all stuck together in one magical being. Rory is about 55-60 pounds, neutered, and chipped but no parents came to save him. He is super happy to go for walks and lets you know what he wants.
