Q1: What's the guarantee or the warranty if we buy the machines?
A1: one year guarantee. We also offer your spare part free in 1 year, and life long after service. Mean while, there is a service team who can go to your factory for installing and testing machine to normal working condition. We also have a technical team support for after service. Electrical and easy wear parts are not included in warranty range.
Q2: When can I get my machine after I paid?
A3: Usually it's 45-60days. We will deliver the machines on time according to the date we agreed on both sides.
Q3:What is your product quality?
A3: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our quality. We always care what you care!!
Q4: How can I install my machine when it arrives?
A4: We will send our engineer to your side as soon as you get all your machines & accessories ready, for testing and training your technicians to run the machines.
Q5: Where is your factory located?
A5: Link-Tech Machinery, within 30min. by car from the Guangzhou Baiyun International airport, is located in Baiyun district, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
Q6: Do you provide bottle blow mold and air compressor, or any other equipments?
A6: Yes, we provide complete system or what we call the turnkey project.
Q7: What is the language of the PLC and touch panel?
A7:The languages are in both English & Chinese. For other languages, we can help to up load inside the PLC to make sure you will have an easy operation, but you need to help us for the translation.
Q8: Do you have reference projects?
A8: We have reference project in nearby area. If we get the permission of the customer, you can go to visit their factory.
You are always welcome to come to visit our company, and see the machine running in our factory, we can pick you up from the stations/airport nearby.
